ADYEN payment terminals (POS) download updates automatically at the time you choose during the payment solution onboarding process.
It is sometimes advisable to manually download the update to immediately upload the latest version related to the released technical changes made in the new system version.
To manually download the update, proceed as follows:
1. Turn on the ADYEN payment terminal.
2. Select Settings - Configuration on the display.
3. Enter your terminal password you chose during the onboarding process.
4. The Status line displays available updates.
5. Click the Update button to download the latest version.
