Do you want to edit your profile in Hoteltime? In the main menu Settings – Current user – click on Edit current user to open a tab where you can set your profile
User name – your login name to the Hoteltime system
System salutation – your full name in the system
Password – at least 8 or more characters. It can be any combination of letters, numbers and symbols. The password can not contain your username.
In the second part
Confirm password – confirm your password
User category - only a user who has active User rights administration can set a user category, create new users and assign them user rights. User category determine which operations in the system will be available for the group of user (more about user category.)
Language - each user can set their own system language.
Default page - here you set which page will be displayed first after logging into the system.
In the last part, you will set Custom buttons - custom bookmarks in the main menu, which can be grouped into one bookmark as a favorite. To make your work easier, you can choose quick access to your favorite parts of the system.
On the right side in section Other operations you can upload your own profile photo up to a maximum size of 1MB or choose one of the default avatars. Supported image formats are PNG, JPG, JPEG.
