Introducing new overviews in Confero.
The upgrade affects the daily and monthly overview, which can be found via the Daily Overview or Monthly Overview buttons in the left menu.
Compared to the original overviews, there has been a major change in the display. The timeline is now horizontal and the locations are listed below each other.
The monthly overview provides an instant overview of bookings for 30 days ahead. Days are shown on the timeline. By clicking into the overview, you can instantly create a new booking at the selected location (all that's left to do is select the location layout).
The daily overview allows you to track the progress of bookings during the day. There are hours on the timeline. By clicking in the overview or timeline, you can start the wizard to create a reservation with a pre-filled time from.
When you click on a booking, both views display bubbles with basic information about the booking.
You can track OOO also, which you can define via the left menu Reservation - Blocked Rooms List.
To view the quick menu, right-click on the reservation. The handy menu is the same for both overviews. The only difference is the "Day Detail" option, which allows you to go from the monthly overview to the first day of the booking in the daily overview.
The overvirew supports drag&drop functionality, for convenient moving the booking between locations.
Location order in which they are listed in the overviews can be easily adjusted via the left menu - Locations, by clicking on the editing pencil.
You can further customize the overviews via the left menu Settings - System Settings - Overview Settings. Here you can customize the width of the columns, set the colors of the bookings according to the state and also define the labels for the bookings displayed in the overviews. Note that some labels for the Daily overview are only displayed in the print version.
