In HotelTime system it is possible to verify the company ID (IČO, DIČ) via ARES or VAT number via VIES. Available only for czech market.


This module is used to verify the company ID and VAT number, and if these identifiers are valid, some fields of the company profile will be pre-filled based on them.

  • The ID number is verified from the ARES system of the Ministry of Finance (https://wwwinfo.mfcr.cz/ares/) and can only be used for entities from the Czech Republic.

            For verification via ARES it is also possible to verify whether the entity is a VAT payer via the ADIS system (Automated Tax Information System of Public Administration).

  • The VAT number is verified from the European Commission's VIES system (http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/) and can be used for EU entities.


If the ID is valid, the form will pre-fill these fields based on this identifier:

  • Name
  • Company ID, VAT number
  • Adress

In case of a valid VAT number, these fields will be pre-filled in the form:

  • Name
  • Adress


When entering the reservation owner, click on the Verify ID button when making a reservation. The values are automatically pre-filled.


In the Profiles, if necessary, when changing the customer on the document, enter the ID number, VAT number and click on the Verify ID button.
