View occupancy statistics, roomnights, total accommodation revenue, average prices, RevPAR, and other hotel metrics. Possibility to compare up to three different periods in the past. Occupancy statistics without accommodation performance can be used for the future only if all inserted reservations for the monitored period have assigned rooms.
Data source: Data are read from 2 reports at the same time (Revenue centres analysis and Occupancy % overview). Performance for accommodation is read back by the night audit from the revenue center of accommodation and statistics (roomnights, occupancy, etc.) are read from reservations that have assigned rooms. The conversion is made at the exchange rate valid on the day when the accommodation items were debited to the reservation account.
