Only a person who has active the user rights System-User can create, delete or modify a user and his rights. Select the red cross to delete user, click on the edit pencil to edit the user's profile and permissions in the system. To create a new user, click on the button New user.

A new user card appears, where you can set the profile, password and permissions for user in the system.
Full name - your name in the system.
Username - your login name to the Vento administration system.
User password - the password must contain 8 or more characters. It can be any combination of letters, numbers and symbols. The password must not contain your username.
In the second part.
Confirm password - confirm the password to check.
Language - each user can set their own system language.
On the right side in section Other operations → Edit login avatar you can upload your own profile photo up to a maximum size of 1MB or choose one of the default avatars. Supported image formats are PNG, JPG, JPEG.
In the last part, we will set what permissions the user will have in the system.
Rights stock and outlet are used to define which stock and outlet will be accessible to user. If the Vento backoffice is used in addition to managers, some one else for example, the chef or warehouseman, and you do not want him to change anything in stock or locations other than those where he works. Finally, just click the Save button and a new user is created.
