This module is used to verify company IDs (=Registration no.), and if these identifiers are valid, they will be used to pre-populate some fields of the company profile when creating a supplier or creating a new company in the adress book.
The ID number is verified from the ARES system of the Ministry of Finance and can only be used for entities from the Czech Republic.
When creating a new supplier or company, click on the "Verify ID" button. The values "address" + "TAX ID" + "name" will be filled in automatically if the ID number is valid.
How to set up:
Go to Settings → System → "Company verification" line. If you do not have permission to access this part of the system, contact your supervisor or ask him/her to activate this function for you. Select "ID - ARES" from the list and save the settings. Log out and log into the system and the service will be active.
Most frequent system messages:
The entered ID number is not valid = ID number is invalid or non-existent.
The ID has been successfully verified = the data was verified and the data was filled in.
