What can the Concierge do?



For reservations:


Reservation reminders
Your guest will receive an email reminder X hours or X days before their appointment, letting them know you’re looking forward to seeing them. In return, they’ll start looking forward to you. As a bonus, this helps reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows.


Thank-you emails after the visit
Keep the conversation going even after your guest leaves. A thank-you email can be sent automatically — for example, two days after the visit. Or you can remind them of their experience two months later and encourage them to come back.


Confirmation for manually created reservations
Did the reservation come in by phone or email and was created manually in the app? No problem. With Concierge, you can still send a confirmation email directly from the reservation detail.


Simply click “Send confirmation to e-mail” in the reservation detail, and the email will be delivered to the guest within 10 minutes.



For vouchers:


Voucher expiration reminders
Don’t wait for the guest to show up with an expired voucher. Proactively notify them that their voucher is about to expire — and that it’s time to treat themselves. You can also use this message to encourage repeat purchases — because you can never have too many vouchers.


Confirmation for manually created vouchers
Was the voucher created directly in the app instead of through the e-shop? No worries. We can send confirmation emails for these too.


Just click “Send confirmation to e-mail” in the voucher detail, and the message will be delivered to the guest within 10 minutes.



 


How to activate the service? 



Whether you already use our online platforms for bookings or vouchers or not — Libero Concierge is ready to become your new most reliable colleague.


Simply contact your sales representative, and within a few days, you’ll be watching the system take care of your routine admin work.




How does the setup work?



Once you’ve ordered the service, your sales representative will send you an online form to complete. In it, you’ll select:

  • which types of messages you want to activate,

  • whether to send emails via your own mail server or our default one,

  • whether to use our default email templates or upload your own.


Our customer support team will then ensure the feature is configured correctly in your app and will test it with your help.
