The reservation search function allows you to search for a given reservation according to various information that we have available. There are several ways to search for a reservation. This is through room plan, detailed availability or searched through the main menu.
Search in room plan:
Reservations made for specific rooms can be found in room plan. Room plan can be found in the Reception menu item. In the room plan, you can search for reservations by date in the top row and by room number in the left column. You will move the cursor to a specific reservation and an information bubble will automatically appear, displaying more detailed information about the reservation. The range of this information can be set in the room plan settings. You can further open this reservation by clicking on it for subsequent display of further data.
Search in detailed availability:
Reservations made via detailed availability per room type (without a specific room number) can be searched using detailed availability. The search for reservations is performed using the date in the top row and the reservation in the left column. After hovering the cursor over a specific reservation, an information bubble will automatically appear, displaying more detailed information about the reservation. The range of this information can be set in the room plan settings. You can open this reservation to view more information by clicking on it.
Search via the main menu:
You can search via the menu of the main menu Reservations – Reservation search by. Here it is possible to search by reservation number, guest name, reservation id, Channelmanager, etc. After finding the reservation, its data will be displayed and it is also possible to click on the reservation number to get to its detail.
